Our story
Underwater Solutions Group is a specialised group of underwater service companies working for shipowners and managers, port and waterway authorities, civil contractors, industry and insurers. Crews work in all major European ports and on the waterways throughout Belgium, the Benelux and wider Europe, with projects executed in markets including Germany, Spain, Sweden, Iceland and Malta.
Diving crews, supervisors, ROV pilots and engineers are drawn from the operating company best placed for the location, under one group contact and one reporting standard.

European ports
Antwerp is where the group is registered and coordinated, it is not the working area. Crews, equipment and vehicles mobilise from our bases to seagoing and inland ports across Europe: the ARA range, the German Bight, Scandinavia and the North Atlantic, the Atlantic and Iberian coast, the Central Mediterranean and the inland waterway network in between.
The same scopes, method statements and reporting standard apply wherever the vessel or structure is so a client working in several ports keeps one contract and one point of contact.

In-water surveys, hull and propulsion work and damage inspections are carried out for classification societies and their surveyors.

Owner and insurer
A 300-tonne harbour tug took on water at her berth and settled on the bottom alongside the quay. After a night-time call-out, the vessel was refloated in a controlled lifting and dewatering operation.

Shipowner or operator
A displaced rubber element in a vessel's underwater stabilization system was forced back into place and permanently locked with a custom steel structure and wet welding, with the ship staying in the water.

Owner and insurer
An inland vessel lost her complete anchor and anchor chain in bad weather on the River Scheldt. A hydrographic survey located the system on the riverbed and it was recovered, inspected and reinstalled within a single day.
