Assessment
- Duty coordinator takes the incident details
- Immediate risk and safety review
- Decision on dive, ROV or combined approach
- Confirmation of permits and authority contact
Mobilisation
- Nearest suitable team and equipment identified
- Cross-border movement arranged where needed
- Site access, exclusion zone and support craft agreed
- Method statement issued for the specific incident
Execution and record
- Work under diving supervision with dive records
- Video and photographic documentation where possible
- Interim findings reported during the operation
- Written report for insurer, class and owner use
